Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida

Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital have formed a clinical affiliation aimed at optimizing care for sick or injured children in Southwest Florida. The goal is to help keep children and their families as close to home as possible while offering excellent specialized pediatric care.

There is growing demand for specialized pediatric services in Collier County. The pediatric population is expected to grow 6.2 percent over the next five years and the childbearing female population is projected to increase 4.3 percent. The collaboration between Golisano and Nicklaus Children’s hospitals will bring the region’s first and only urgent care center dedicated solely to children in Collier County.

Construction is currently underway at the new center located 3375 Pine Ridge Road, on the NE intersection of Pine Ridge and Livingston roads with completion anticipated for fall 2016.

The 29,000 square foot facility will bring coordinated, comprehensive specialty services to the pediatric community in Collier County.
